  2. What types of payments do Disc Xpress accept?
    Disc Xpress is proud to accept Paypal & Google Checkout. Your payments are processed securely through trusted entities. We only accept Visa and Mastercard which is passed through Authorize.net which is another brand you trust. If you have another card such as American Express or Discover we suggest using Paypal or Google Checkout with which you may need to create an account.

  3. When will my order ship?
    Your order usually ships in 1 to 3 business days. It's according to availabilty of the product and other factors such as which warehouse the product is shipped from.

  4. Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes. In most cases you should receive a tracking number within 24 hours after the order was shipped. In rare cases you may not receive a tracking number.

  5. Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
    It's according from which warehouse your order was shipped. If it is shipped from Disc Xpress directly, then we will honor your chosen shipping method. If it is shipped from our distant warehouse, then only one shipping method is available. Your order total will be adjusted to reflect the proper pricing.

  7. How can I place an order?
    Placing an order is easy. Place an item in your shopping cart and press the checkout button. Or you can choose whether to use either Paypal or Google Checkout to make a purchase.

  8. I'm not satisfied with my purchase. How can I return it and get a refund?
    Returning a purchase is easy. You must return an unwanted purchase within 15 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the return.

  9. Where's my order?
    If you're supplied a tracking number, then go to the corresponding carrier's website and track your order from there. If no tracking number given, then we will have to contact the carrier and request the whereabouts of your order. Please be sure the shipping address is correct.

    No. You can make purchases without creating an account with us. However, if you decide to place another order with us you will have to re-enter all your information again. With Paypal & Google Checkout, you will need to create an account with them only one time.
