General Shipping Fees
We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders. If you add on item, an additional charge of only $1.00 is accessed. This helps cover shipping and packaging. Also, it helps to keep our shipping costs among the
lowest in the industry. Please review the table below which further explain our shipping policies.
Shipping When Available
All orders are shipped when ordered. On occasion, someone
will order multiple items which one or more of them may not be available at that
time. When this happens, the unavailable items will be placed on backorder. You
will be notified by email of which items will not ship. You have the option to
cancel the unavailable items at anytime. When the backordered items finally
ship, we won't charge full shipping price. You will only be charged the
additional item fee of $1.00 per item unless the backordered item is the only
item on the order.
Order Expiration
Orders never expire unless the customer cancels the order, backordered items are discontinued,
or we could not collect payment.
Backorders
In the event of a Backorder, items are not available at the time of ordering.
Backorders usually ship in 2 weeks but could take up to 30 days to ship. Imports
could take up to 6 weeks to ship. You will be notified by email of any items
that are not available for immediate shipment. You will not be charged for
Backordered items until they ship.
Pre-orders
In the case of Pre-orders, items are shipped on their release date. In rare
instances, Pre-orders are not released on their anticipated release date and are
pushed back to be released at a later time. If we are notified of any push backs
we will notify you by email. You will not be charged for Pre-ordered items until
they ship.

Shipping Delays Ordering and shipping
internationally can be complex. Please allow at least 30 business days for
arrival and before requesting reshipment. Many barriers could play a role in the
delay of delivery. Language barriers, weather, customs restrictions, taxes,
duties and other regulations may hinder delivery.
Shipping Carriers
You order will be shipped using US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. It depends upon the shipping method you choose. Tracking is available for all
orders shipped within the United States.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item or order
unopened for a full refund within 30 days. We will issue refunds using the same
method you paid. No questions asked.
Items Not Received
In the event an order is not received within the allotted time period, please try tracking your order with the tracking information provided. Check with mailroom attendants, co-workers, neighbors, family members, etc. Someone may have accepted the package while you were absent.
On rare occasions, delays, damage or
loss occurs. This may increase the time of delivery. Weather conditions,
holidays, weekends and heightened security may contribute to delays. Please

Items Not As Described/Not Wanted/Damaged
Any unopened item, may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We issue refunds using the same method you used to pay for the order.
Damaged Items/Not Wanted: If the items arrive damaged
or you\'ve changed your mind and you wish to return it, we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the returned merchandise
or grant a full refund.
Not As Described: If the item you received is not as described
on our website, we will replace the item with the correct one and reimburse you
for shipping costs. |
