Disc Xpress uses a flate shipping rate on all orders. A handling
fee of $1.00 is added for additional items except Overnight and International shipping. Using this pricing model, our shipping prices are lower than most of our competitors.We chose the following shipping policies to keep the cost of shipping to minimum
for Disc Xpress and our customers. Policies
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, except weekends & holidays. If you are placing your order after
2:00 p.m. EST, and the item is in stock, the order will not ship until the following business day. In December, orders take slightly longer than usual to be delivered.
- To figure out when your order will be delivered, consider the availability of the item(s) and the shipping option you select. Here is how you can determine the delivery date of your item(s):

- You may choose to ship your order using your billing address or any other
address provided. Currently, we cannot split orders to ship them to different
locations, so all items in your order must be sent to the same shipping address.
- Order Processing Time is 1-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends and
the last USPS postal business day prior to a holiday will add an extra day to the (OPT)
Shipping Destinations
We can currently ship to any address in the United States. This includes post office boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.
We now provide shipping to international destinations. Many countries have policies in place for security purposes. If you live
outside the United States, please provide any special instructions to help ensure a secure delivery in a timely manner.
Shipping Methods
NOTE: Your order will ship for free if the order total is at least $25.
Standard
- Two to nine postal business days, not guaranteed, depending upon distance.
- Rate: $2.75 (1st item) + $1.00 each additional item
2-Day:
- Estimated delivery
time is one to three days, depending upon distance.
- Rate: $5.99 (1st item) + $1.00 each additional item
Overnight Delivery:
- Items are delivered
to the addressee (recipient) by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next day, or
noon or 3:00 p.m. the second day.
- Delivery is to
most locations 365 days a year (including Saturday, Sunday, and
holidays.)
- Rate: $17.50
International:
- Estimated delivery
time is undetermined, depending upon distance & receiving country. Usually the average time to reach most destinations is 6-10 days.
- Rate: $12.00 (Weight limit is 4 lbs at this rate. If more than 4 lbs, additional fees will be added.)
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return any unopened item for a refund of the product price or an exchange within 30 days of ship date. Any items returned unopened may be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of ship date.
Disc Xpress will not process refunds or exchanges until the item is received. NOTE: Shipping and returns conditions are subject to change without notice. |
